These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the I pray mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms incorporate Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for App Store purchases, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with Apple's EULA, the more protective provision for the end user shall apply.

1. The service

I pray is an Islamic prayer companion that:

I pray is a software tool, not a substitute for sincere religious practice, scholarly guidance, or local imam authority. Prayer-time calculations are based on widely used astronomical formulas and your reported location; you remain responsible for verifying times when precision matters (e.g., the start of fasting in Ramadan).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to subscribe to a paid plan.

3. Your account and device

I pray does not require you to create an account. Your use of the App is tied to your device and, for purchases, to your Apple ID or Google account. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and account credentials.
