Last updated: 24 July 2026
AyahReel ("the app") lets you create short Quran recitation videos on your phone. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information.
In short: AyahReel does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind.

None. We do not collect, receive, or have access to any personal information about you. We operate no servers and hold no user data. The app has no sign-up, no login, and no user profiles.
INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
The app saves the following locally on your phone. It never leaves your device, and we cannot see it:
All of this is removed when you uninstall the app. You can also clear the cached downloads at any time from Settings → Storage, and delete individual reels from My Reels.
PHOTO AND MEDIA ACCESS
If you choose your own photo or video as a reel background, the app asks your device for access to that file. Access is used solely to render your reel on your device. If you save a finished reel, it is written to your device's gallery in an album named "Ayah Reels". Nothing is uploaded.
NETWORK CONNECTIONS
The app connects to the following third-party services purely to download Quran content. No personal information, account identifier, or advertising identifier is sent with these requests — only the standard technical information any internet request carries, such as your IP address, which those services handle under their own policies:
